Julia Grant

Julia is a senior technician who handles customer service, diagnoses computer issues, and installs and repairs both hardware and software. She has a business degree from Washtenaw Community College and is studying Information Assurance and Cyber Defense at Eastern Michigan University.

Mark Wilde

Mark is our long-time DSL support supervisor who brings more than three decades of tech support experience to his work. He studied Computer Science at Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College, and is a self-taught programmer. Mark believes in treating every customer as a friend and expertly handles our most challenging tech issues.

Frank Gleason

Frank assists our customers with internet, email and other general computer issues, as well as handling our billing. A local native, he holds a degree in Applied Science for 3D Animation from Washtenaw Community College.

Alex Fisher

Alex is a senior technician at provide.net. His studies at Eastern Michigan University included Computer Science and Information Assurance. A board and video strategy game enthusiast, he believes everyone has a unique talent and it’s important to discover and share those talents with each other.

Peter Lammers

Peter is the owner of Provide.net, and has worked here since 1998. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University. He is committed to providing affordable and trustworthy service to the local area and beyond.
